Quinceñera Cake

This was a cake we made last night. This by far has been the fastest cake that we have ever decorated.

We agreed to help my friends sister with this cake. 

She baked the cakes and we put it together and decorated for her. She helped with the border of the second cake and with the yellow pearls on the bottom cake. The rest me and my husband did.

Lemon Cake

This was a cake I made for this past 4th of July Weekend. {4.3.2011} We had a BBQ with friends and I opted to take the desert. This was my first time working with fresh produce as decor for a cake. Simple yet elegant. Sometimes a little really does go a long way.

This cake was done for George and Laura Balderrama. This was our first wedding cake using all icing except for the roses; and also our first cake using pillars. I believe it turned out to be quite a success.
